20 Aug Calm and meditation at Next Step Fitness
Our first monthly meditation session at Next Step Fitness was a great success!
After our previous events where we featured the powerful documentary, The Dhamma Brothers, we have been working with Next Step to bring regular, ongoing meditation sessions to their members, Artists for Trauma members and the public. Etan Boritzer led a powerful 45-minute meditation session, and Artists for Trauma gave Moshi-POGG pillows to each individual in attendance to keep them relaxed and comfortable throughout.
We received excellent feedback from participants, and we look forward to bringing our next meditation session to Next Step Fitness on another Thursday evening in September (date to be announced soon!)!
These meditation sessions are free and open to Next Step Fitness members, Artists for Trauma members and the public.
